John Milton's "Paradise Lost": the Gold Illuminated Scroll

John Milton's PARADISE LOST - the Gold Illuminated Scroll

For the 400th anniversary of Milton's birth, Terrance Lindall created "The Paradise Lost Gold Illuminated Scroll." It reads from right to left, and is now at the Yuko Nii Foundation in the Williamsburg Art & Historical Center in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York. It is 14 inches high and over four feet long, with 24-carat gold illuminated miniature paintings. It was welcomed by Milton scholars, collectors and major libraries like the Huntington, who have purchased copies.
